1. Introduction

Welcome to Nigam Event Management. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Offered

We offer event management services including wedding planning, corporate events, birthday parties, venue decoration, catering, sound & lighting, and more. Details will be specified in your booking agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

• 30% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
• Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the event.
• Payment modes accepted: UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• 50% refund if canceled 15+ days before the event.
• No refund if canceled within 7 days of the event.
• Events canceled due to force majeure may be rescheduled without penalty.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details (venue, timing, special requests).
• Ensure timely cooperation and approvals to avoid delays.
• Secure all licenses/permissions, if applicable.

6. Event Changes

Any changes to the event scope, venue, or timing must be informed at least 5 days in advance. Extra charges may apply depending on the changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nigam Event Management is not responsible for losses or damages arising from situations beyond our control. We strive to offer high-quality services under all circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

Photos, designs, and videos produced may be used for promotional purposes unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Prayagraj, UP.
